Any reference to Arizto’s $0-upfront model and fees (a 2% + GST commission plus admin and marketing fees, payable on a successful sale) is a general summary only. No agency relationship
Using this website or sending an enquiry does not create an agency agreement or any binding relationship. Any engagement is formed only when a written Agency Agreement with Arizto Real Estate is signed.
